i have the rights to decline any commission i don't feel comfortable doing

do not use my art/commision as NFTs or AI training

please send reference images of the character you want me to draw. if there are no character sheets, sending images of how the character roughly looks like is OK!

after payment, i will provide a sketch of the illustration for client's approval.

after the sketch phase, a maximum of 3 revisions are allowed. extra revisions may include an added fee

final illustration file will be sent to the client via email in a png file. client may also request a JPG version of the file

payment will be done through ShopeePay or BCA

payment must be paid 100% upfront

can post the commissioned piece anywere with credit

all personal use (social media icons, headers, etc) with credits to the artist

client may not use the commissioned piece for their own profits (commercial use) e.g. selling the commissioned art, using it as promotional material, etc unless they have paid the commercial price

may post WIPs and finished commission piece for self promotion (unless discussed with client)

may use piece for future commission samples

may use piece in portfolios

may not use piece to sell as merchandise
